This ground floor apartment is located in the residence Secreto de la Zenia in La Zenia, Orihuela Costa. The spacious living room is beautifully decorated, modern, and luxuriously furnished. It features air conditioning, satellite TV with channels in Belgian, Dutch, German, and French, as well as a Wi-Fi connection. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed that sleeps 2 and another with 2 single beds that can accommodate 2 guests. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. The south-west facing terrace is fully furnished with garden furniture and sunbeds. From here, you can enjoy beautiful views of the shared garden and swimming pool. The shared garden features a 12 x 8 meter adult pool, 2 heated Jacuzzis, a sauna, biomechanical gym equipment, a sunbathing area, a children's pool and play area, a water slide, and a bike parking area. The complex is secure, and there is a communal gated parking area.

Within walking distance, you will find all the facilities you need for your daily needs, such as supermarkets and restaurants. The new shopping center, named "La Zenia Boulevard," is located just opposite the residence. This impressive and spacious center features 150 shops with a wide variety of offerings, along with numerous restaurants and bars.

LA ZENIA AREA
La Zenia is located on the Costa Blanca South, just south of the major town of Torrevieja. This stretch of the coast is known as the Orihuela Costa. La Zenia is a small but busy beach resort, one of several areas within the Orihuela Costa. It has two very popular sandy beaches for relaxation, and it is home to the largest shopping mall in the province of Alicante, "La Zenia Boulevard."

There are plenty of bars, cafes, and restaurants scattered throughout the area, making it one of the starting or stopping points on the Orihuela Coastal walking route. This highlights what you can expect in La Zenia. Clearly, La Zenia is a great location for a beach holiday; you won’t need to go anywhere else, as everything you need for a fantastic family holiday in the sun is right here.

CLIMATE
The weather is mostly fantastic. After all, La Zenia, as part of the Costa Blanca, offers at least 300 days of sunshine a year, with low humidity and mild winters. Naturally, summers can be very hot, reaching up to 35 degrees Celsius or higher. Conversely, spring and autumn are warm and dry, while winters remain pleasant. In particular, you can celebrate Christmas on the beach, which has become a yearly tradition.

EATING OUT
La Zenia is popular among holidaymakers and residents from all over Western Europe. The opening of La Zenia Boulevard has given a significant boost to the area, attracting even more tourists to this beautiful location. As a result, the choice of international restaurants is extensive, offering cuisines from around the world.

GOLF COURSES  
Nearby La Zenia, there are three golf courses: Villa Martin, Campoamor, and Las Ramblas.

NICE WALKS  
The La Zenia countryside is surrounded by orange and lemon trees. A pleasant walk by the sea is the cliff walk to Cabo Roig, offering amazing views of the rocks and the sea. It takes about an hour to walk from the Zenia hotel to Cabo Roig harbor and beach. At Cabo Roig beach, you can enjoy tapas and refreshments in the beach bars or at the marina.

Similarly, you can walk in the other direction towards Playa Flamenca, where there are two beaches with bars. In fact, Playa Flamenca has even more restaurants. If you're in good shape, you can continue the beautiful walk further to Punta Prima or even to Torrevieja. There is a lovely sandy path along the beach, suitable for naturists. At Punta Prima, you will find nice beach bars and restaurants.

MARKETS 
There are no markets held in La Zenia, but several are nearby. On Saturdays, the La Flamenca market is within walking distance from La Zenia. Another charming little market takes place on Thursdays in Cabo Roig. Additionally, Torrevieja hosts a large street market on Fridays.

Along the Cabo Roig beach, there is a pleasant market on Thursdays, featuring local fruits, vegetables, food, mobile bars serving chocolate and churros, local products, and souvenirs—all with an amazing view of the Mar Menor.

GETTING TO LA ZENIA
La Zenia is centrally located between two airports. San Javier Airport in Murcia is a 15 to 20-minute drive away, while Alicante Airport is a 40-minute drive. Both airports are well connected to the rest of Western Europe.

At Alicante Airport, many budget airlines like Ryanair, Norwegian, and EasyJet operate flights. La Zenia is accessible via the AP-7 highway, which has tolls. The AP-7 connects the northern Costa Blanca with the southern region.

From Murcia San Javier Airport to La Zenia, you can avoid tolls by exiting the motorway at Cabo Roig or Campoamor. The cost of the motorway from Alicante Airport is approximately 4 to 6 euros, depending on the tourist season. Alternatively, you can take the N-332, which connects the Costa Blanca from north to south without tolls. Taking the N-332 will lead you through the cities of Santa Pola and Torrevieja.

If you head towards Alicante from La Zenia, you will pass through the popular city of Torrevieja, which can be quite busy due to its popularity among Western European tourists. If you prefer a calmer environment with more Spanish tourists, you can head towards the Mar Menor and visit the cities of Pilar de la Horadada.
